Having been on antianxiety and antidepression medication for over 7 years, I have had my fair share of pill shamers, who mean well, telling me I don't need my medication. Telling me that I "dont seem anxious or depressed." However, sometimes no matter how much we mask our symptoms, practice coping strategies, exercise, meditate, "think happy thoughts," and all other solutions often offered, we still need medication to function and that's okay.
Listen to your body and do what you need to do in order to live a happy life. Seek help and know you're never alone.
